Conflict is an unfortunate but sometimes inevitable issue. Consequently, all our lawyers are familiar with the litigation process of the cases entrusted to them and regularly plead before the judiciary courts.

They accompany their clients in the understanding / comprehension of the dispute, in the identification of the objectives to be reached and in the definition of the means to be implemented and strategies to be followed to resolve the situation.

In close consultation with the client, our team initiates and directs the procedures, takes precautionary measures, assists the client in judicial evaluations and accompanies him in the execution of rulings.
