Designing a set of rules and statements that your clients must follow and agree if they wish to use your services is an important aspect of business.

T&C are likely to encompass the full scope of the legal issues of the relationship with your clients so that they are worthy of careful consideration: limitation of liability, ownership of IP, privacy policy if you are collecting, storing or using personal information from the users of your services (e.g. credit card number, name, address, etc.), payment and shipping policy, refund and return, termination policy, etc.
