Through a well-established network of DP specialists with the most significant experience of designing, reviewing and updating DP policies and instruments, we are able to carry out cross-border data privacy surveys and offer a multi-jurisdictional and pragmatic approach of how each local regulator applies the DP law.

The network, the seeds of which came from the Legal Council of the Federation of European Direct Marketing chaired by Mr. Alain Guilmot, was set up in 2002 gathering DP lawyers from all EU Members Stares and expanded ten years later to numerous specialized offices worldwide.
