Public Companies

Although we predominantly focus on entrepreneurs and privately-owned companies, Guilmot & Bassine also acts as outside-counsel for a set of publicly listed companies. We are required to provide pragmatic advice to general counsels, Board of directors, special committees and leading shareholders with respect to diverse issues such as securities compliance, corporate governance, capital reorganization, shares buy-back programs and listing information requirements.

When needed, we also defend any board members or leading and informed officers against any allegation or suspicion of insider trading vis-à-vis the financial Regulatory Authorities in Belgium.
