Guilmot & Bassine has a long tradition of dealing with unfair commercial practices. We were involved in many proceedings with respect to misleading or unfair comparative advertising, aggressive practices, distance marketing and selling, unsolicited goods issues, face-to-face marketing, price reduction techniques, information requirements and post-contractual or after-sales practices.
The international network set up in 2002 in furtherance of the Legal Council of the Federation of European Direct Marketing chaired by Mr. Alain Guilmot enables our office to assure its clients of adequate and specialized support in the EU and in many industrial and emerging countries worldwide.
