Avocat - Droit Fiscal
With an important and extensive experience in tax matters acquired in prestigious Belgian law firms, Emmanuel Delannoy is active in both counseling and tax litigation.
Aware of the global character of tax matters and their complementarity with other matters of law and the business world, he intends to identify all aspects of a case and the needs of the clients in order to discern the real judicial and economic stakes and thus help clients to find a solution adapted to their expectations and the challenges they face on a daily basis.
As a fiscal lawyer, he is required to work in all areas of tax law, both in matters of direct taxation (corporate income tax, non-resident income tax, personal income, legal entities income tax, local taxes) and indirect taxation (value added tax, stamp duty and inheritance taxes, etc.).
Emmanuel is also the author of numerous publications on tax matters.
He joined the Guilmot & Bassine law firm in 2015 and leads the Tax Law Section.
