Damien Bassine has a great deal of experience in M&A and Private Equity and he has handled a wide variety of acquisitions processes, transfers of businesses and shareholder’s arrangements. He has also a recognized expertise in commercial agreements, distribution and agency law, franchising service and management contracts.
Damien acts as counsel to numerous investors to whom he provides legal assistance in both advisory work and litigation. He has developed a strong practice in joint investments and strategic alliances and can rely on a large professional experience to help clients to navigate through a portfolio of solutions. He represents both investors or the companies in which they invested.
He has a specific experienced knowledge in drafting and negotiating complex and high-stake contracts and setting up investment and shareholding agreements in both listed and unlisted companies.
Damien has assisted our clients in numerous transactions including mergers, share deals, asset deals (transfer of branches and line of business) and joint-ventures.
He provides legal advice on all aspects of real estate acquisitions and operations, including real estate property management and transactions, real estate financing and structure of investment.
Damien also has experience in litigations relating to these practice areas and represent clients before Courts and arbitral tribunals.
