Antoinette Delvaux

Antoinette Delvaux focuses her activities on business and property law.

Commercial disputes are a regular part of Antoinette’s practice. She also has an extensive experience in resolving disputes though negotiated settlements. She frequently and tenaciously assists clients in various matters such as breach of contract or contract termination claims, shareholder’s disputes, unfair business practices, insurance, real estate litigations, etc.

Antoinette makes a point of rigorously mastering the theories of contract law as this is the matrix structure of the highly complex cases to which she devotes her time.

Antoinette started doing business in the law firm Grollet & Associés and later joined the team of Guilmot & Bassine in 2013 where she is now in charge of the assets and property section while completing an additional education in the Notary Public School of the University of Brussels.
